We are looking for enthusiastic, pro-active, rapport building sales people who love cold calling and understand its’ importance in generating new business meetings.  This is a great opportunity for serious applicants who love everything to do with NEW business sales.  

 

You should be comfortable in conversing with all levels of marketing and IT staff including Directors, Online Digital Managers, e-Commerce Managers, Executives and so on.

 

This role is ideal for someone who is looking for an opportunity to prove themselves and make the transition into field selling where you would then be managing the entire sales process from the initial cold call, to the first face to face meeting, presenting the software, right through to sign off and handover for implementation.

 

You will be selling a world class email marketing solution, so software sales experience would be a definite advantage.  If you are familiar with email marketing then even better, but not a problem if you are not as full training and support will be provided.  If you are already working in the email marketing arena then there is less of a learning curve.

 

We want honest, hard workers who are passionate about their job and who understand that hard work can substantially increase their income. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new leads
  • Generate new business meetings via cold / warm calling
  • Manage own sales activity using our in-house CRM
  • Expected to make up to 100 cold calls a day
  • Provide weekly and monthly forecasts or as requested
  • To consistently maintain high activity levels in cold calling and to have target of 8-10 meetings per week

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years telesales experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Well spoken, articulate verbal skills
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload efficiently
  • PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office systems to a good standard (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Bags of common sense, enthusiasm, pro-active, go-getter attitude
