Ford Fitness provides non contact boxing to offer a truly unique fun functional work out for men and women, boys and girls. Boxing classes incorporate cardio vascular, muscular strength and endurance training into a fitness programme which will strengthen and tone all major muscles in the body whilst improving your aerobic and anaerobic fitness. Lessons are completely non contact and the only thing that gets hit is the punch bags. 12 week Boxing course encourages Fitness, Exercise and Health Eating whilst teaching the basics of boxing such as stance, guard and defence. At Ford Fitness we believe "Nothing is more motivating than results".Boxing is a fun and recreational activity.Boxing Classes Monday to Friday 6.30pm - 7,30pm & 7.30pm - 8.30pm.
